Subject: CJCR COVID-19 Aide Memoire // Aide-mémoire des CRJC pour COVID-19

  1. This email provides details for use of the attached Aide Memoire across the Canadian Cadet Organizations. The attached is primarily intended for youth (Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers (JCR) alike).
  2. The Natl CJCR Sp Gp COVID-19 Aide Memoire is a training support tool for youth, and is being made available for use both now, within home environments, and also to assist with eventual transition to in-person activities. Among many key topics is a focus on the use of Public Health Measures (PHM). We would ask for wide distribution of the attached so that Cadets and JCRs can review, search for info by topic and learn at their own pace.
  3. The info found within is well researched, and incorporates key sources from across the Government of Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces in particular. Resources and references are listed within.
  4. Should you have questions email your unit CO.
